SEC WELCOMES NEW HIRE

KNOXVILLE, TN   SEC hires new Contracts Manager, Tab Goins. Mr. Goins returns to SEC after serving the last two years as a subcontract administrator at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He has also previously served as a subcontract administrator at the Y-12 National Security Weapons Complex. As Contracts Manager, Mr. Goins will provide the necessary contract management, purchasing, and subcontract administration skills that align with SEC’s vision. Mr. Goins has a proven track record and direct experience with all types of federal government contracts that will assist him in working with our management to maximize our value to clients.

“I am excited to return to SEC and ready to take on this new role,” said Goins. He says his work philosophy is to “get it right the first time.”

Mr. Goins has a B.S. in Business Administration in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee and is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). Mr. Goins served the United States Air Force from 1994 – 1999 as a Target Intelligence Journeyman.
