SEC EXECUTIVE MEETS QUEEN OF ENGLAND

NEWCASTLE, UK   SEC’s Chief Financial Officer and Director of UK operations, Jack Macrae, attended an evening with Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh, at Buckingham Palace gardens on March 29, 2007. The invitation went to various Americans working in the United Kingdom.

The Queen invited 350 guests using a gold-embossed invitation which said: “The Master of the Household was receiving Her Majesty’s command to invite” to Buckingham Palace for a reception on Tuesday evening for Americans working in the United Kingdom. The Queen and her husband, Prince Phillip, the Duke of Edinburgh, were having a few hundred ‘Yanks’ around for champagne and nibbles of ahead of her US trip to Jamestown, Washington, and the Kentucky Derby.

The Queen, accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh will pay a State Visit to the United States of America from May 3-8, 2007. Her majesty will visit Virginia from May 3-4, 2007, to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Jamestown settlement. On May 5 the Queen, accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh will attend the Kentucky Derby. On May 6-8, 2007 the Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh will be in Washington D.C., for a visit hosted by President Bush and Mrs. Bush.
